Exchange Group Accounts (EGAs) are very useful type of Microsoft Exchange resource account set up specifically for a Cornell group to handle email or calendars related to its mission or business.
EGAs are managed using the https://eam.exchange.cornell.edu tool.

To find all EGAs that an individual has access to:
- Open the EAM tool https://eam.exchange.cornell.edu
- Click the Manage Resource Accounts tab
- Click Search for & Manage Accounts from left pane
- Type the netid of employee in the String Search field
- Click the Any Permission radio button
- Click the Search button
