Increase Box/OneDrive cloud storage

Description

On February 19, 2024, storage caps were placed on Box and Microsoft 365 cloud storage services. This reflects similar limits added to Cornell Google Workspace accounts in 2022. The table below summarizes the default storage limits for each service and provides links to submit a request for additional storage.

Note: Storage increase requests must be submitted by the individual who needs the additional storage. If you are an IT Lead, share a link to this page with the staff member who requires more storage. Requests cannot be submitted on behalf of another user.
