Update Web Browsers - Chrome, Edge and Firefox

How to check and install updates in the three major web browsers in Windows - Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Check for Google Chrome Updates

• Click on the three stacked dots in the upper right corner of Google Chrome
• Hover or click on “Help”
• Click on “About Google Chrome”

• 

• At this point, Chrome will automatically check for updates and/or let you know if it’s up to date.
  If you have any updates, Chrome will prompt you to relaunch Chrome (close and reopen).

Check for Microsoft Edge Updates

• Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of Edge
• Click on “Help and feedback”
• Click on "About Microsoft Edge"
• At this point, Edge will automatically check for updates and/or let you know if it’s up to date.
  If you have any updates, Edge will prompt you to restart Edge.  Edge will close and reopen.

• Click on “Help”
• Click on “About Firefox”

  

  At this point, Firefox will automatically check for updates and/or let you know if it’s up to date.
  If you have any updates, Firefox will prompt you to relaunch (close and reopen).
