This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding CCE Monroe staff and resource calendars in Microsoft Outlook by searching the Cornell address book. It also includes links to tutorial videos for additional guidance.
Adding CCE Monroe Calendars in Outlook
- Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
- Click the Calendar icon located in the navigation pane.
- From the top menu, click Add Calendar.
- Select Open Shared Calendar from the dropdown options.
- In the search box, enter the name of the staff person or resource calendar you want to add. (See the tutorial videos below for assistance.)
- To add the CCE Monroe staff calendars, search for rg.extmon.
- To add CCE Monroe group calendars for resources and events, search for EXT-MON-Calendar.
- EXT-MON-Calendars includes conference room, events, vacation, MG events, social media, and on-site calendars.
- EXT-MON-Calendars-Resources includes equipment available for reservation such as hotspots and loaner laptops.
- Click OK to add the selected calendar group.
