  • Staff may be automatically added to Viva community groups and receive notifications about recent posts.
  • To view groups or communities you have joined, log into: https://engage.cloud.microsoft/main/discover-groups/my-groups
  • Opting out of Viva Engage Notifications | IT@Cornell
    • Note: At the bottom of every Viva Engage daily digest email, look for the Unsubscribe link. This link opens the Notifications page for Viva Engage, where you can opt out of all notifications or select which notifications you want to receive.
       
• How do I turn off e-mail notifications?
  • To turn off Viva e-mail notifications directly:  
    1. Log into Viva Engage at https://engage.cloud.microsoft/
    2. Click on Gear icon in the upper right.
    3. Click on the Notifications option under Settings in the left menu
    4. Check or uncheck desired notification settings.
    5. Click on Edit next to "Edit email preferences for communities you follow"
    6. Check or uncheck desired preferences for community/group updates.
