As part of the IT Solution Consulting, CALS OIT experts:

• Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to CALS stakeholders regarding their information technology (IT) needs and challenges. The solutions may involve the implementation of new software, hardware, or IT systems, as well as the optimization of existing IT resources.
• Analyze the college’s existing IT infrastructure, business processes, and strategic goals and then propose effective and tailored technology solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs.
• Offer strategic advice on how to leverage technology to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and achieve business objectives.
