Description

This article describes the general Cohesity setup and the AG organization within it.

Central Service

The CIT service is called "Server Backup" and the service is provided via Cohesity.

Our Organization

Cohesity is split up into Organizations that hold the backup groups, servers, the backups themselves, etc.  

Our organization is AG-OIT-01.  Administrators for this organization are the membership of the AG-OIT-CohesityAdmins AD group.

Currently we have two backup groups in our org:

• AG-OIT-01-ITGservers - managed by Ron Pool (amp1)
  • Should be billing to KFSaccount#IT-6043300--6601---
  • (no alerts configured)
• Buckley-Lab - managed by Derek Parsons (dep77), billed to Dan Buckley's lab (dhb28)

Alerts are managed per organization, under Additional Settings -> Alerts
