For Statler Hotel food and beverage managers: EMC runs only on Windows. Close and reopen EMC, then restart the PC; installation and launch problems go to the IT help desk as a ticket. How-to questions, configuration, and access go to the Director of Food and Beverage, then the vendor (CBORD). The Hotel System Manager is for urgent cases after the ticket is submitted.
