Students in the Two-Year Ithaca MBA (and some One-Year Ithaca MBA) program take an immersion their spring semester of their first year. The immersion they have selected is an important piece of data that helps student services including the career advising team provide the student with better support. - Log into FormAssembly and search for FormID 25 "Immersion Selection"
- Under Build, ensure the date at the top of the form gets updated to the new closing date for this year

- There are two identical sections for Select the immersion in which you wish to enroll
- This logic prevents the user from selecting the Investment Banking immersion for any program other than Two-Year Ithaca MBA
- Each core class must be added to the form, and also must be added to Salesforce as a new field on the Enrollment object, if it doesn't already exist
- Once the class has been added, ensure the Default Value is updated to the class name and the field label is hidden

- Next, add a field to include the credits for the new class in the sum for the immersion
- Ensure the credits are listed as the Default Value
- Check the box to indicate this is a Variable
- Add a name for the Variable, ensuring it doesn't duplicate another name

- Then, select the section and choose the Immersions that this class belongs to under the Conditional Rules

- Last, update the Total Core Credits section to include the Immersion(s) in the Conditional Rules and the correct Variables in the Calculation

- Each Immersion also includes a section with Electives
- The courses, credits, and total electives are setup the same as the core courses above
- Ensure the Total Elective Credits only includes the variable IDs for the classes listed
- In the Connector setup, map any new classes from Salesforce to the FormAssembly field

- In order to test these changes, use the following Salesforce report:
- NOTE: To ensure no issues pop up during the 48 hour window students can enroll in these immersions, encourage the Registrar to submit several test forms before they open immersion to the students, and use the report to check the data
