RDLA Field Definitions - Invoice

Field-by-field reference for the RDLA Invoice object (Invoice__c). The (generally yearly but could be other frequency) payment due by Cornell to fund the use of the database.

Date Paid Date_Paid__c	Date		Date the invoice was paid
Days Past Invoice Date Days_Past_Invoice_Date__c	Formula (Number)	Automatic	Formula that calculates the number of days today is after the invoice due date. Does not take Paid into account.
Faculty Resource Faculty_Resource__c	Lookup(Faculty Resource)	Automatic	The faculty resource this invoice is for. The database record that this invoice pays.
Invoice Amount Invoice_Amount__c	Currency(7, 2)	User	The amount of the invoice
Invoice Due Date Invoice_Due_Date__c	Date	User	The date the invoice payment is due to the vendor. The date the invoice is due, currently no additional functionality.
Invoice Name Invoice_Name__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	The Invoice Name for labeling the fund source use record. Formula to use invoice number to name fund source use record.
Invoice Number Name	Auto Number	Automatic	System provided record name.
Paid Paid__c	Checkbox	User	Checked if the invoice has been paid User input marking if the invoice is paid
Payment Terms Payment_Terms__c	Picklist	User	Terms of payment for when the invoice is due.	On Receipt Specific Date
Percent of Contract Percent_of_Contract__c	Formula (Percent)	Automatic	Invoice Amount as a percent of the parent Contract Amount.
PO Number PO_Number__c	Text(20)	User	The purchase order number used to pay for the database.
Record Type RecordTypeId	Record Type	Automatic	System field, Faculty Resource
Voided Voided__c	Checkbox		Used by Custom Programs to indicate invoice has been voided (when checked).
Voided Reason Voided_Reason__c	Text Area(255)		Used to give details on why the invoice was voided.

Reading the field table

• Entry – User: typed or picked by a person. Automatic: set by Salesforce (a formula, a flow, or the system) and not editable. Automatic, editable: set automatically but can be changed by hand. Not editable: cannot be changed once the record exists.
• Notes in italics describe how the field is used in the RDLA process.
• Picklist values are the ones available on the RDLA record type.
• The standard Salesforce fields Record ID (Id), Created By, Created Date, Last Modified By, Last Modified Date and Owner are on every object and are not listed.
