Applicable if there is no end date or an end date in the future, or if there are no dates associated with the faculty connection resource record. Drives related lists on the database records to separate previous and current access.
Database Expiration Email Database_Expiration_Email__c	Checkbox	User	Indicates whether a database expiration email has been sent for this Faculty Resource Connection.
Database Non-Renewal Email Database_Non_Renewal_Email__c	Checkbox	User	Indicates whether a database non-renewal email has been sent for this Faculty Resource Connection.
Database Renewal Date Database_Renewal_Date__c	Formula (Date)	Automatic	Date database renews, for use in flows. Populated from the database renewal date field, for use in renewal notice email to database users.
Database Renewal Email Database_Renewal_Email__c	Checkbox	User	Indicates whether a database renewal email has been sent for this Faculty Resource Connection.
Database Request Status Database_Request_Status__c	Picklist	Automatic, editable	The status of the database request access. Filters the related lists on the database record for pending requests and those who have/had access. Date Access Approved Date_Access_Approved__c	Date/Time	Automatic	The date/time the faculty database access was approved. The date/time the faculty member was granted access to the database.
Date Access Expired Date_Access_Expired__c	Date/Time	User	The date/time the access expired.
End Date End_Date__c	Date	Automatic, editable	The end date of the faculty resource connection. The date the faculty lost or will lose access to the database. Will be blank if there is no defined end to database acces.
Expire Database Access Expire_Database_Access__c	Formula (Checkbox)	Automatic	Used in the scheduled flow that expires database access to update the Database Request Access to Access Expired. Runs daily.

Faculty Notes Faculty_Notes__c	Long Text Area(32768)	User	Notes that display to the faculty member in fast apps regarding their database request.
Faculty Resource Faculty_Resource__c	Lookup(Faculty Resource)	Automatic	Select the Faculty Resource to connect to a Class/Faculty Member. The database record to which the faculty/student access is related.

Faculty Sponsor Faculty_Sponsor__c	Lookup(Contact)	Automatic, editable	The contact record of the faculty who is sponsoring this faculty resource connection. The faculty member who is sponsoring the student to have access to the database (for access permission and cost sharing).

Renewal Email Sent Date Renewal_Email_Sent_Date__c	Date	Automatic	The date the renewal email was sent to the faculty member(s) Auto-populated when database owner sends notice of database renewal.
Resource Contact Resource_Contact__c	Lookup(Contact)	Automatic	The contact associated with the faculty resource, defined by the Role this contact has with the faculty resource. The faculty/student contact to whom this database access belongs.
Resource Contact Email Resource_Contact_Email__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	Populated from the faculty/student contact email.
Resource Contact Name Resource_Contact_Name__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	Formula to get the contact's full name for use in flows. Populated from the faculty/student contact first name and last name.
Resource Contact NetId Resource_Contact_NetId__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	The netId of the resource contact. Populated from the faculty/student contact netId.
Resource Contact Title Resource_Contact_Title__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	Title of the resource contact. Populated from the faculty/student contact title.
Role Role__c	Picklist	Automatic, editable	The role of the faculty resource connection. For example, for a Contact associated with the FRC, what role does the contact play to the connection. Filters the related lists on the database record for vendor, Cornell contacts by role. Start Date Start_Date__c	Date	Automatic, editable	The start date of the faculty resource connection. Date the faculty member first gains access to the database.
Type Type__c	Formula (Text)	Automatic	Type of Faculty Resource this connection uses. Maps the RecordType Name of the Faculty Resource. Populated from the database record type name

Reading the field table

• Entry – User: typed or picked by a person. Automatic: set by Salesforce (a formula, a flow, or the system) and not editable. Automatic, editable: set automatically but can be changed by hand. Not editable: cannot be changed once the record exists.
• Notes in italics describe how the field is used in the RDLA process.
• Picklist values are the ones available on the RDLA record type.
• The standard Salesforce fields Record ID (Id), Created By, Created Date, Last Modified By, Last Modified Date and Owner are on every object and are not listed.
