Manual Configurator Deployment

Body

  1. To run the Deployinator Manually 
    1. While logged into the Source environment append /apex/deployinatorexport to the end of the base URL ex. johnson--fullsb.sandbox.lightning.force.com/apex/deployinatorexport   
    2. You'll need to copy this data into Workbench later, so keep it handy
    3. Using Incognito window or another browser, log into https://workbench.developerforce.com with your Target environment credentials
    4. In Nav menu go to: Utilities → Rest Explorer
    5. Select Post
    6. Location for request is /services/apexrest/deployinator
    7. Paste text from deployinatorexport page in Request Body
      Ex:
    8.  Click Execute
    9. Enjoy all of your data!
  2. After deployinator is run, if in Sandbox import current Application Round data from Production and update any End Dates for current rounds to span length of project. Or alter Apply Year as needed.
