How to turn off Salesforce calendar and activity reminders from your personal Settings, under Calendar & Reminders then Activity Reminders.

Disable Calendar Notifications

Click on your user icon, then click Settings.

Scroll down to Calendar & Reminders, and select Activity Reminders.

Adjust the settings to your preference, then click Save.

NOTE:  Uncheck ‘Show event reminders in Lightning Experience’ to disable calendar reminders.
