This page specifically details the Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership and Cornell Executive MBA Metro interview survey process in Salesforce, created during the 2025 annual update project.
The Interview Notes creates a Candidate Feedback record of type EMBA Interview. The process is launched from the Admissions Application record from an Interview Notes button in the action bar.
The process looks to see if a Candidate Feedback record already exists. If it does exist, it prepopulates the screens with any existing data. If it does not exist, a new Candidate Feedback record is created.
The user can fill out any parts of the interview survey and save their input for later. The Feedback Status stays in Started status until the user has completed all of the Scores and Notes fields.
Once the user completes all sections, the process will submit the entries and update the Feedback Status to Completed, and a PDF of the Candidate Evaluation Form and the Interview Survey is created (the DocGen Package is Admissions Healthcare Interview Survey for the Healthcare Leadership program and Admissions Metro Interview Survey for the EMBA Metro program). This PDF is attached to the Candidate Feedback record, and a version link is also created on the Admissions Application.
If the user needs to make changes, use the Interview Survey button on the Admissions Application record, else changes to the fields will not trigger a new PDF to generate.
If a new PDF is generated, it will create a new PDF version on the Candidate Feedback record, so the history of all Interview Survey PDFs can be found there. It will then create a new version link on the Admissions Application, and remove the old PDF version link, so only the most recent Interview Survey PDF is linked to the Admissions Application record.
Important Notes:
- The new PDF version will only be created using the Interview Survey action button from the application record and not by editing the Candidate Feedback record directly. This functionality is a change to how it was originally requested and built during the annual update project.
- The Candidate Feedback record will contain the history of all Interview Survey PDFs created. The Admissions Application record will only contain the most recent PDF created.
