Delete Application Files

NOTE: If you do not see the Delete Application Files action on the Admissions Application record, submit a ticket to the Salesforce team requesting permission.

Rename Salesforce File

Prerequisites for use:

1. Datatable Access permission set
2. Give user 'Delete Application Files Permission' on the User record.

NOTE: If you do not see the Delete Application Files action on the Admissions Application record, submit a ticket to the Salesforce team requesting permission.

Notes:

It runs as the system, so it does not matter who the File owner is, or who is running Flow.  That is why each non-Admin user must be given the 'Delete Application Files Permission' on their user record.
