Navigate to the SUMO Multi-Calendar tab.
In the Gear Settings, select the Appointment Scheduler for your appointment type (EG, EMBA Interview for EMBA interview staff):

NOTE: Only hosts with availability defined in the SUMO User Settings and setup in the Invite Manager will appear in the Multi-Calendar.
The list of available users are grouped on the screen by location. Names may appear in multiple places, if they are available for different locations. Their availability is displayed as defined in the SUMO User Settings (by location).
The boxes that are white are times available for an appointment. To schedule an appointment for that interviewer, click on a white box, then select Appointment.

Complete the appointment details in the follow screen.
