Displaying the Compliance Splash Screen

To get the policy compliance screen to show up on your computer, please follow the instructions below:

1. Connect to the JCB-VPN and stay connected for at least two hours. This will ensure the appropriate settings apply to your computer.

2. After the two hours have passed, you may disconnect from the Cisco VPN.
3. The next time you log into your computer you will see the following screen during the login process:

• On Windows

• On Mac

* If after doing all of this you still don’t see the compliance screen when logging in, please submit a Helpdesk ticket by emailing itrequests@business.cornell.edu or calling 607-255-6300.
