Moving folders where you are an Owner (may or may not be a shared folder)
1. Select the folder
2. Click on the three dots (More Options button)

3. Click Move or Copy
4. Select where you would like to move the folder to

5. Click Move
Moving folders where you are an Editor - Cornell folder (someone from Cornell is the Owner and they shared it with you)
- NOTE - moving this folder will remove access for the person who shared it and will transfer ownership to Cornell
- Only Owners can move the parent folder, Co-owners and Editors can only move the subfolders and files
- Click on the subfolder you want to move
- Click on the three dots … (More Options button)
- Click Move or Copy
- Select the destination folder
- Click Move
- If the below error pops up
- Click Details

2. Click Move

Moving folders where you are an Editor on a Non-Cornell folder (someone outside of Cornell is the
Owner and they shared it with you)
- NOTE - moving this folder will remove access for the person who shared it and will transfer ownership to Cornell
- Only Owners can move the parent folder, Co-owners and Editors can only move the subfolders and files
- Click on the subfolder you want to move
- Click on the three dots … (More Options button)
- Click Move or Copy
- Select the destination folder
- Click Move
- Click Okay
