How To Reset Printer Configuration

  1. Go to Windows --> Settings(gear icon) on the lower left corner of your screen

     
  2. Go to "Devices"
  3. Click on Printers and Scanners on the left side
  4. Click on any printers listed as "JCB-Print"(if needed) and choose "Remove Device"
  5. Go to the system tray in the lower right corner of your screen(near the date/time) and click the ^

     
  6. Right-click below icon

     
  7. Choose "Refresh Configurations"

     
  8. Repeat steps 1-3 and verify that correct printers have been added back to your machine
