How to Delay Outlook Email Delivery on a PC
*These instructions are for Outlook versions 2013, 2016, 2019, & Outlook 365 on a PC
1. Open a new email message.
2. Complete all necessary Email Fields. (To, Subject, Content, etc.).

3. In the "Options" tab in the "More Options" group, click "Delay Delivery".

4. In the "Delivery options" section of the Properties window, make sure "Do not deliver before" is checked.

5. Enter the date and time you want the email to send.
6. Select Close.
7. Select Send.
**Keep in mind a delayed email will only send while the Outlook program is open. You will need to set the sending time for a time when you will have the Outlook program running. If you try to close Outlook before a delayed message is sent, Outlook will remind you that you have unsent emails in your Outbox.
