How To Migrate Your Home Folder To Box Using Box Drive

As we decommission the Home Folder service we've historically provided, we recommend you migrate this folder to Box using the instructions below.

Check Home Folder Size

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to one of the following locations:
    1. J:\JGSM Home - U Drive
    2. J:\SHA Home - Z Drive
    3. J:\AEM\Users
    4. T:\Users
  2. Locate your folder — it should be named after your NetID (ex EF46)
  3. Right-click on your folder
  4. Select "Properties"
  5. The "Size" field will give you the size of your Home Folder

Check Box Storage

  1. Go to https://cornell.app.box.com and log in with your Cornell credentials
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings"
