How to Reserve Breakout Rooms

* Instructions were created using Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20394) 64-bit bundled with Office 365

 **Steps in other versions may vary slightly

  • In the Calendar pane view of Outlook, create a “New Meeting  
  • Add “Title”, “Required” and “Optional” attendees 
  • Pick your date/time window
  • Next click on the Room Finder button, to open the Room Finder pane

  • In the text box under “Building” type in the building list you wish to use:
    • JCB-Sage-RoomList-Students for Sage
    • JCB-Breazzano-RoomList-Students for Breazzano

 

  • You may also modify “Capacity” using the up or down arrows
  • Wait a few seconds and a list of available rooms matching your filters are displayed in the frame below. Click to select one, then close the Room finder pane.
  • You will see the room you selected next to the “Location” button of your meeting invite.

  • Click “Send”
  • Check your Inbox. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation email your reservation has been accepted!!!
