How to Book Breakout Rooms in Outlook

1. Open a New Meeting request.

 

2. Open the Scheduling Assistant.

 

3. In the Room Finder panel choose a room list and select a room. You can filter by the desired time.

 

5. To confirm you have added the room, go back to the Appointment tab and check that the breakout room has been added to the "To" section of the meeting invite.

 

Things to note: 

You will receive a confirmation email for a successful booking

You may only book a room for a max of two hours, 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday
