Johnson Case Catalog

The Johnson Case Catalog tracks the use of Academic Cases in Salesforce.  It connects the Case to the Class and Faculty Member where it is used.  This happens through Academic Planning data in Salesforce which includes Courses, Classes, and Faculty.  Check out the Academic Planning Console User Guide for more information.

The Case Catalog is based on Faculty Resource records, which house the actual Academic Cases, and Faculty Resource Connection records, which is an instance of a Case being used in a Class by Faculty.  This allows tracking of each Case across Classes, view all Cases used in a Course, and what Cases each Faculty have used.
