How to View an Engagement on an Account

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Choose an account by clicking a record under the Accounts tab on the navigation bar or by searching for it in the search bar.
  2. Scroll down to College Engagement Accounts. Click View All to see all engagements.
  3. To create a new engagement, click New and follow the rest of these steps. To add engagement contacts, click the College Engagement Name and follow the rest of these steps.
