Email Management

The Online Schedulers allow for defining email templates for SUMO to process email notifications, in the Notifications tab.

• Templates are set in the Email Template section of the Online Scheduler.  No templates are defined in the Host Email Templates section.
• The email templates should be defined as follows:

NOTE: Please submit a Service Request if you need changes to an email template.

Test the email templates by completing an Online Scheduler form.  Book the appointment, reschedule the appointment, and cancel the appointment.

Multiple Interviews Scheduled Email

There is a Flow, 'Admissions Interview Appointment Check', that runs when a new Interview appointment is created.  It checks for other existing Interview appointments scheduled in the future, and will send an email to the Interviewer on the Application if one is found.
