Email Management

The Online Schedulers allow for defining email templates for SUMO to process email notifications, in the Notifications tab.

• Templates are set in the Email Template section of the Online Scheduler.  No templates are defined in the Host Email Templates section.
• The email templates should be defined as follows:

NOTE: Please submit a Service Request if you need changes to an email template.

Test the email templates by completing an Online Scheduler form.  Book the appointment, reschedule the appointment, and cancel the appointment.

Multiple Interviews Scheduled Email

There is a Flow, Admissions Interview Appointment Check, that runs when an Interview appointment is booked or rescheduled.  It checks for other Interview appointments scheduled in the future for the same Application, and if one is found it sends a "Multiple Interviews Scheduled" email to the Admissions mailbox, meetwithadmissions@johnson.cornell.edu.
