Connect Admissions Application to Existing Interview Appointment

If you notice that an interview appears to be missing from your report or if the Interview 1 fields are not populated as expected more than 24 hours after the interview appointment was created, it is likely that the Admissions Application is not related to the Interview appointment records.

How can you tell if the application is missing from the interview appointment?

1. The Interview Event record is missing from the Application's Activity timeline
2. The Application is not listed in reports related to the admissions application
3. The Interview 1 Location, Interview 1 Date/Time and Interviewer fields are not populated

How to connect the Interview Appointment to the Application?

1. Find the Interview appointment.  You can do this by:
   1. Navigating to the Multi Calendar and navigate to the interviewer and date/time of the appointment.  Click the interview appointment, then click the arrow in the upper right of the popup.  The appointment will open in a new tab.
      
   2. Navigating to the Contact related to the Admissions Application, then click into the Interview Appointment from the Contact's Activity Timeline.
      
2. Edit the Interview Appointment Event to add the Admissions Application in the Related To field; click the pencil next to the field.
   
   Change the object type to Admissions Application, then search for the Admissions Application of the applicant to connect to the Interview appointment.  Click Save.
    
3. Click into the SUMO Additional Info record, and scroll down to the Admissions Application field. 
    
   
   Click the pencil next to the field, and select the Application of the applicant to connect to the record.  Click Save.
   

How do I confirm the Application is connected to the Interview Appointment?

1. Check your reports and the Admissions Application's Activity Timeline for the interview appointment.
2. Ensure the Interview 1 fields are populated on the Application within 24 hours of the application being tied to the interview appointments.
