• Understand Interview Bias
• Review and understand unlawful pre-employment inquiries before meeting with candidates

Checking References
Manual checks apply to academic searches only; HR is responsible for launching electronic reference checks for non-academic positions. 

Employment Verification/Background Check - mandatory process, and the offer is contingent on successful results

Making the Offer

• Selection and Non-Selection Report - This form will be provided by your recruiter and must be completed and returned to Library HR PRIOR to a verbal offer being made.

Status = Accepting applications → Reviewing applications → Interviewing → Offer Accepted (start date: <<DATE>>);

Central Recruitment means the search is being handled by Central Recruitment and not Library HR.
