Reports in the Student Evaluations of Teaching (SETs) system are now accessible (after 2pm June 23rd)! Your students have made their voices heard for the semester and now you can view this valuable feedback about their experience with your teaching. Once your reports have been made available, you will have easily accessible ability to link directly to viewing/downloading reports. This access will be available via multiple methods, including from your email notifications or by directly logging into the SETs system application*.
Once notifications indicate that reports have been generated and are accessible in the SETs home page, faculty with evaluated courses can log directly into https://teachingevals.cornell.edu/ . You can then click on "Reports" tab from the home page or access your reports in the My Reports list. Various report types access may also be granted to graduate teaching assistants and designated leadership/administrators.

Another access point for your report(s) is by clicking the "Access your Reports here" link in the SETs Reports email. This link will take you directly to a single report or to a list of your reports depending on if you have access to one or more reports. You will receive this email notification from the sender Cornell Teaching Evals with the subject: "Student Evaluations of Teaching – {Reports Title} are Ready for you to View/Download".

Dashboards
Another feature that will soon be available to aid report analytics is dashboards. Additional communication will occur when that access is available.
Questions
If you have any questions about how to use these reports or would like to request additional report access, please do not hesitate to reach out to SETs support.
(*Please note as Cornell transitions to a new Student Evaluations of Teaching system, not all courses and colleges are included this semester. Updates from Spring 2025 are primarily for CHE, AAP and ILR. Be sure to check for additional notifications from other evaluation systems.)
