Upson Hall rooms 531, 431, and 331, will be receiving new AV systems to be installed in the week of December 16-20th. Use of the rooms will be closed during these dates to allow for the installation to occur.

Dear colleagues,
Thanks to a mistake with the av upgrades for Tang Hall, we are the beneficiaries of new AV systems that will be installed in our Upson conference rooms the week before winter break.
To make these upgrades possible, we will be closing access to 331, 431, and 531 Upson for 1 week December 16-20th to allow the shops workers to enter and make the physical changes they need to install the new av system. The new system will function similarly to the zoom room configuration that is currently active in 106 Upson. Our team will be drafting updated connection instructions for our constituents.
We urge you to look to conference spaces in Rhodes and Phillips Hall for your needs that week. Please let me know what questions you have. I'll reach out with updates and anticipated impacts as the project unfolds.
