Dear colleagues,
The mailroom transition from 141 Upson to suite 130 Upson is complete. As I mentioned previously, mail services has notified all the package delivery companies of the change in location.
Our student workers will be staffed at the front desk in the suite to coordinate the flow of packages and deliveries. Please check in at the desk when you arrive to pick-up a package, and if someone isn't present at the desk, please check in with myself or Rose (133 and 137 Upson, respectively).
Please note that we have condensed faculty mailboxes into the same space, and each faculty member has a slot in our main office suite where our team will distribute mail that arrives for you instead of delivering to the mailboxes in 340/440/540 (please see photo below).
While coordination will take place via our front desk in the main suite, our packages will be securely held in two of the internal rooms in suite 130: Upson 131 and 132. Packages may be picked up during business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. Our mailroom workers will continue to remind folks to pick up packages that have been left uncollected.
Cold storage for temperature sensitive deliveries is in the refrigerator unit in 131 Upson, while our chemical inventory workstation is 132 Upson next to the faculty and staff mailslots (see in photo below).
Thank you for your patience and for pardoning our dust during the transition between spaces today.

Best,
Trisica
