How can I place a Food Order in the Ticket System?
To get to food orders, go to the ticket system, select Purchase. Then, after it prompts you for your Business Purpose and Account number, you can Select Materials or Food and it'll give you a list of our preferred vendors.
Please note that this ticket system will prompt you for the following, so it will help you if you prepare this information beforehand:

This needs to be detailed, think ‘who, what, where, when, WHY’ If you are ordering for a Lab or Student group, we need to know the name.

Name and Cell Phone contact for the order

Location of event

Date and time for your delivery

A List of Event Attendees

Preferred Food Vendor

An itemized food order
All food orders are delivered to Upson 130. This reduces confusion for delivery drivers and allows us to monitor the order for you until it can be picked up. Please plan to have someone associated with your event collect the food upon arrival.

America To Go - This list is only available in Eshop and should be ordered there. Some vendors are pickup only.
If you prefer to order from a vendor that is not listed, you may choose to place the order yourself and pay out of pocket, then later submit a ticket to request a reimbursement.
