Accurate shipping addresses are very important. We actually have two main options for our building. One for small 'normal' sized packages to go our our mailroom, and one for oversized packages that will need to be delivered to the loading dock. In addition, there is a third option, for customs related packages over a certain size and amount, we work with a customs broker who handles shipping logistics.
Firstly: Overall, if you are expecting temperature sensitive equipment, and you're purchasing on your own (IE Not through TDX Portal request) we recommend you put in a TDX Ticket alerting us to the item and details so we can keep an eye out for it.
