Subject: COE Facilities Staff Assignment Changes
Upson, Grumman, Snee, and Ward Leaders -
Effective today, Seetharaman “Seetha” Vinayagam sv476@cornell.edu will be picking up the building coordinator duties for Upson and Grumman Halls from Stephanie. Stephanie will be bringing Seetha up to speed, and is available to help Seetha as needed, and will serve as back up for the foreseeable future.
Additionally, Devrim Erboyaci mde54@cornell.edu will be taking on the building coordinator duties for Snee and Ward Halls from Seetha. Seetha will be training Devrim on these facilities over the next few weeks.
As usual, the best way for you or your staff is to submit a help request visit the COE Facilities Portal: https://facilities.coecis.cornell.edu or email your request to: faccoecis-help@cornell.edu . By using these methods, the request is logged, and if staff are away, others that are covering for them can process the requests.
I expect that these transitions will be near seamless for you. If there are any issues, please bring them to my attention.
Thanks,
Tom King
