2025/04/14 Changes to purchasing process due to loss of staffing

Dear colleagues,

I'm writing to share updated purchasing practice while we are without a Purchasing and Safety Specialist, and as various federal stop work orders require greater diligence to avoid charges on impacted accounts. Our team has worked hard to implement a system that will allow us to catch accounts that have been frozen due to the stop work orders. The greater processing time for these additional checks will slow down our ability to process purchasing requests, as we also need to screen for tariff implications in addition to checking for SWOs.

In the meantime, please route all e-shop carts to Lyn Park for processing.

NEW: E-shop carts

  • Route all carts to Lyn Park (LCN4) for processing

UNCHANGED: MAE Portal Tickets

  • Continue submitting tickets for support

Best,
