Parking Compliance

The campus parking compliance program is provided as a customer service for those people who purchase parking. To ensure parking availability, all campus drivers are expected to park legally. If a parking violation occurs, the driver or registered owner of the vehicle is responsible for payment.

New York State has granted Cornell the right to enforce its parking rules. This is spelled out in our Rules and Regulations.

The right to appeal is forfeited after 10 days. Complete the online appeals form (CU NetID or guest account login required) to submit a written appeal explaining why the ticket was issued in error; we do not accept oral appeals nor appeals submitted through these forms
