Log into Agile Fleet Commander
Select “Review/ Edit My Reservation”

Select looking glass symbol in reservation that you want to change

Once reservation populates, scroll to bottom of screen and select “Request Changes”.

In the text box, indicate desired changes. Be as specific as possible, providing net IDs if applicable. Once completed, click “Submit Change Request”.

Things to note:
Change requests are processed manually by Fleet staff, our hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Once a change is requested, your reservation’s status will change to “Pending” making it unavailable to be checked out.
Reservations can be picked up 59 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation start time.
