Alcohol self-service is not permitted. Distribution of alcohol is only permitted through a third-party vendor with a valid liquor license. Servers must not serve alcohol to anyone who is visibly intoxicated. Servers must not consume alcohol. Ample quantities of food and nonalcoholic beverages must be continuously provided and visibly displayed during the event. The amount of non-alcoholic beverages offered by event host must be equal or greater to the amount of alcohol being served. All alcoholic beverages are restricted to designated event locations. Beverages may not be brought into an event by individuals and all beverages must be emptied prior to exiting the Cornell China Center.

BILLING
Space rental fees will be agreed upon prior to securing your reservation. Your account will be charged additionally for any damages and clean-up expenses that result from your event. Event sponsors must monitor the use of the space and equipment, and return the space to its original condition before departure time.
