Entrepreneurship Law Clinic Intake Form

Thank you for contacting the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic at Cornell Law School. We are a legal clinic that provides free service to Ithaca-area entrepreneurs and small businesses — both for-profit and nonprofit — during the Cornell academic year.

We generally accept new clients at the start of each academic semester (August–September for the fall semester, and January–February for the spring semester), although occasionally we have openings at other times.

Please answer the following series of questions to allow us to make a preliminary evaluation about whether we can assist you. If we determine that your needs align with our capacity to provide services, we will contact you to learn more information about you and your business. Please note that the clinic does not advise on patents or litigation.

Completing this questionnaire does NOT create any sort of attorney-client relationship. It is merely an application. You have the right to keep looking for a lawyer or decline our services (if offered).
