Spaces in the Hub are not reserved through 25Live. For rooms that are able to be reserved, this is done via the touch panel outside the room or through Outlook. Below is additional information about those spaces:
- The perimeter private offices are not available to reserve.
- G20J is reserved for faculty/ staff use. If you need to reserve this space please follow the instructions below.
- The remaining meeting rooms (G20P, G20R, G20S, G20T, G20U, G20V, G20W, G20X, G20y, and G20Z) are intended to be reserved by students at any time.
- Scroll to the bottom of this article reservation directions.

To reserve a room through Outlook:
- Log in to Outlook on the Web (do not use the desktop version of Outlook as it will not display conflicts appropriately).
- Create a new calendar event by clicking "New event" in the upper left.
- Give your meeting a title, pick a date/ time, add attendees in the "Invite attendees" field, and add the room you would like to use in the "Search for a room or location" field. If you would like to check the availability of multiple rooms, you can add multiple rooms in the "Search for a room or location" field.
- Check room availability:
- Click the "Scheduling Assistant" button at the top of the screen.
- Hover the mouse over the "Staff/ Faculty Meetings" calendar event to see any other events in that block.
- You can schedule meetings over the "Staff/ Faculty Meetings" calendar event, but not over other events in that time block. In the example below G20Z is available to be booked at 10am because it is within the "Staff/ Faculty Meetings" block and there is no other meeting scheduled during that time. G20Z is not available at 11am because it is within the "Staff/ Faculty Meetings" block and there is a "Website Review" meeting scheduled during that time.
- Once you have found an appropriate room, save the meeting.
