Adobe Acrobat Pro Activation Instructions
If you already have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you need to activate your license.
- Open Adobe in the upper right hand corner you will sign in. This screen will pop up. Click on Sign In Now.
- This screen will pop up. If you do not know your password, fill the form out with your netid@cornell.edu and click on “Forgot password”. Adobe will send a password reset within a few minutes. Reset the password per the email instructions.*
- Return the Adobe software on your computer and select sign in again. Type your new password and you should be good to go.
*If you do not receive reset instructions from Adobe, you may not be a licensed Adobe user. Contact the Helpdesk (law-helpdesk@cornell.edu).
