Faculty Approval for Student Forms

Student forms which require faculty signature are part of the Registrar Office's ticketing system.  Part of this system requires that forms are signed electronically by the faculty member associated with the request, a Class Audit for example.  Information, screen shots and links related to this process are below.

Process

  1. A student submits a form, Class Audit for example.
  2. The faculty member receives an e-mail with information related to the request (see example 1).
  3. Following the link in the e-mail takes the faculty member to a page where they can approve/ reject the request (see example 2).
  4. If the request is approved, the Registrar's Office is immediately notified and completes the remainder of the process.  If the request is rejected, the student will receive an e-mail with whatever note, if any, you include.
