Student Space Use in The Hub

Student reservations of spaces in The Hub are done via QR code on the touch panels outside each meeting space.  Please be aware of the following guidelines:

  • These rooms are for Law School student reservation and use only.
  • At certain times, these rooms are blocked for staff/ faculty meetings or classes.  You are welcome to use these rooms but may be asked to leave if there is another meeting scheduled during these times.
  • Theses rooms are intended for small group use.  If you are looking for an individual study space, please use the study carrels in The Hub.
  • Recurring or standing meetings are not available to be scheduled in these spaces.
  • The technology in these spaces is controlled via a schedule.  Please refrain from unplugging or turning off any devices. For any questions regarding room technology, please contact Law AV at law-av@cornell.edu or 607-253-2050.
  • Students are limited to reserving rooms for up to 90 minutes per day.
  • Reservations can only be made at most one day in advance.
     
  • You may be asked to present valid Law School ID.
  • By reserving these rooms you attest that you are a Cornell Law School student.
  • The Cornell Law School reserves the right to cancel reservations and/or eject patrons.
  • Falsely claiming to be a Cornell Law School student is a violation of the Cornell Law School Code of Academic Integrity and the Cornell University Campus Code of Conduct.
