Requesting Law School Space

** Law School locations are only available for Law School related or pre-approved events **

With the exception of The Hub, all Cornell Law School (CLS) space requests are handled via 25Live, the university's central scheduling system.  Space requests for student organizations should only be requested by those authorized to do so on behalf of the student organization.  To request a space at the Law School please use the directions below.

1. Log in to 25Live here: https://25live.collegenet.com/pro/cornell.
2. Click the "Create an Event" button.
3. As you fill out the various fields, below is important information to be aware of for CLS events.
   1. Primary Organization - please refer to the list of CLS student organizations and pick the most appropriate organization.  This field is important for to determine how events are displayed on digital signage and CLS websites.
   2. Locations - please refer to the list of CLS locations in order to pick an appropriate location.  Please be sure to only select CLS locations unless you have been pre-approved to use a location elsewhere on campus.
   3. AV/ Facilities/ Communications Support - Answer these questions to the best of your ability so that proper support can be made available.  If you are unsure if support is needed, answer yes so the appropriate groups can reach out to you and discuss your event.
      *NOTE* If you will be having food of any kind at your event you must check "Yes" to Facilities support.
   4. In the "Event In-Depth Details" field, whatever you enter here will displayed on digital signage throughout the building and on the various web calendars.  Please be careful not to enter A/V, Facilities, or Communications details here.  Instead, enter them into the fields specific to those areas on the event form.
4. If you have questions about requesting a CLS space you can:
   1. Call Conference and Event Services at 607-253-8368 Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.  This support is provided outside Cornell Law School and while they can answer general questions, they are not aware of the specific documentation above.
