AAD Event Request Information

Virtual Events

  1. Make sure the "Primary Organization" is set to "Law School Alumni Affairs&Development-LA"
  2. Make sure the "Location" is "ONLINE/VIRTUAL Event Location"
  3. Make sure the "Will your event be hosted" is "On-Line Only"
  4. Make sure the "Event In-Depth Details" includes something like "For more information and to register click here: <provide a link>"
  5. You can use the Alumni RSVP system, the general RSVP system, Zoom RSVPs, or another option of your choosing.

*** All events created via this process will be displayed on Alumni calendar, the main calendar and on digital signage ***

In-Person/ Hybrid Events

  1. Follow the normal space request process here.
