Software Center

Software Center is a utility managed by ILR Technology Services to deploy optional applications and software updates on Windows 10 computers.

  1. Click the Windows Start Menu, lower left corner of screen:

           

 

  1. Immediately start typing Software Center, Windows will provide matches to the search as you type. Select Software Center once it displays as an option.

          

 

  1. On the Applications tab you will see a list of optional software that can be installed. From here click on the application icons you want and then click Install when prompted.

NOTE:  For best results, save your work and close all open applications before installing additional applications.  Computer Administrator rights are not required to install applications from Software Center.  Restart your computer if prompted.
